Do you offer Ironing or Bed changes as part of Domestic Cleaning?
Yes, we discuss and tailor the cleaning to each Customers needs. Ironing and bed changes are added into Domestic Cleaning hours.
Domestic Cleaning is invoiced monthly by email and payment is required within 30 days, other Serrvices are invoiced on the day with payment due upon completion of work.

What happens if accidental damage occurs?
Our employees are always extremely careful, however accidents do happen. If something is broken or damaged, Staff would report this to the supervisor. We will immediately make every effort to resolve the problem and notify our Insurance provider
Will i have the same Cleaner?
Yes, for ongoing cleaning we always try and keep the same Cleaning staff however if your regular cleaner is absent we would check permission to send another Cleaner
Billing & Pricing
We accept bank transfers and cheque for ongoing cleaning customers with a 30 day period to pay invoice and payment on the day for other services.
Cancellation of Domestic Cleaning services require 1 week notice and 72 hours notice for other services otherwise a fee will be charged.
We aim for 100% satisfaction guarantee. we discuss prior to each service for expectation and time frame and will return within 24 hours if correction is needed.
